Alice has been in our profession for 46 years and has been a part of the Aveda network for 20 plus years. From the Head Coach, to all our Team members we enjoy having a Servant's heart and we believe in the value of treating each person individually. This includes professional Salon and Spa treatments, self-care and wellness for each guest we serve.

Amy Cotham

Aveda Pure Talent Stylist

Amy is a Pure Talent stylist with a passion for helping her Guest look and feel their best. She offers all hair services including cuts, color, Brazilian Blowout and Aveda botanical therapy hair treatment. Amy is also an Aveda Skin Care Therapist capable of performing a variety of Spa treatments, from facials and waxing to manicures and pedicures. An Aveda-trained Make-up artist, she also offers make-up applications for weddings, photo shoots and other special occasions.

A former journalist, she was attracted to the salon/spa industry because of its focus on caring for Guests. “Beauty is as beauty does”

Diane Martin

Regional Color Educator/ Master Stylist/ Education Director

Diane started her career path 37 years ago at Chris' Beauty Academy in Biloxi, Mississippi. She also lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she studied continuing education with the John Jay Academy. She presented on stage for Wella at Gulf States Beauty shows and became an official Miss USA stylist for three years. After moving to Arkansas in 1990, she became a chain associate trainer for Sebastion hair color and J.C. Penney's styling salons throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. She opened her own salon working with Aveda hair color in 1995. In 1997, she became a certified Regional Color Educator for Aveda International and has been teaching hair color classes in Arkansas and Oklahoma territories to date. She is passionate about teaching and coloring hair, especially corrective color and she has worked as an in-salon educator for Hair and Color as well. Her second passion is Bridal and Specialty hairstyling and has been teaching classes for these for the last 10 years. Working with Accents Salon and Spa has been the culmination of all of her career dreams and goals and the kind of professional atmosphere where nurturing her is guests Is always #1!

Emily Adam

Aveda Skin Care and Waxing Therapist

As a newly licensed Esthetician, Emily’s passionate about educating her Guests while incorporating the Aveda mission into everyday life. From facials, waxings, body wraps and more, Emily’s attention to detail is all about making her Guest’s experience Above and Beyond. She is so proud to be a part of the Accents Team and looking forward to growing and learning with everyone!

Heather Fast

Licensed Massage Therapist/ Spa Team Leader

Heather has been practicing massage since 2003 after graduating from White River in Fayetteville. She specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue, chair massage, headache relief and body wraps. She also provides the Ionic Foot Cleanse and Ear Candling to her guests. Heather learned years ago to find something you love to do, and willing to do it for free, but people want to pay you for it because you are great at it. That’s why she’s here at Accents giving massages.

Jessica Slape

Aveda Skin Care and Waxing Therapist

Fascinated with Therapeutic massage and the healing effects that massage has on the body, Jessica is a graduate of Blue Cliff School of Massage and recently received her license in Esthetics. Jessica specializes in Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage, lash extensions, waxing and body wraps and Aveda skin care. She loves being able to help people, either by relieving the pain that they are having, or simply helping them to restore and improve their skin and muscle tone by increasing their circulation. Her commitment to excellence and personal attention will astound and amaze.

Kate Kearney

Aveda Nail Therapist/ Guest Care Team

Kate graduated from Career Academy of Hair Design and obtained her cosmetology license in 2010. She has a passion for hair, nails, and the art of make up. She strives to put smiles on all of her guests. Kate joined our Guest Care team in June, 2011. Soon after, she became a nail technician in our salon spa. Always interested in learning and building upon her talents, Kate looks forward to becoming a New Talent Aveda Stylist.

Kris Colvin

Licensed Massage Therapist/ Aveda Skin Care and Waxing Therapist

Let Kris "WOW" you with her amazing touch. She can make your spa experience complete while offering hot stone, deep tissue, facials, body wraps, waxing and makeup. These can all be done while having a one on one spa day with Kris' undivided attention. She has a thirst for knowledge and stays up to date with new products and techniques. Megan Spencer

Aveda Master Stylist / Great Lengths Technician / Haircutting Coach / Pure Talent Mentor

Seven years out of beauty school I have something many people long for and few people reach, my vocation has become my avocation. As a senior stylist and Great Lengths Extension Specialist I am passionate about helping our guests stay abreast of all the latest trends and styles. Additionally as Accents Pure Talent Mentor and cutting coach I impart all of Aveda's latest industry education and techniques to young and seasoned stylists alike. I am honored and proud to be a part of the elite team of professional cosmetologists at Accents.

Molly Rhodes

Guest Care Team

Molly started working at Accents in August 2011. She is a sophomore at Bentonvillle High School, she is enrolled in AP and Pre-AP classes. She is on the Bentonville High School swim and dive team and is the webmaster for the BHS Choral program. She would like to go to college and major in the Vocal Arts and Chinese and minor in Psychology. After college she would like to go to China as a Youth Minister.

Nicole Phillips

Aveda Senior Stylist

Nicole's passion for color and refined cutting techniques allow her to create modern, sexy styles. Her dedication to personalized attention leaves her Guests with fashion forward yet easy-to-manage hair. In 2004, Nicole started her career as a Stylist and has a strong belief in continually expanding and building upon knowledge, she served and apprenticeship under a Master Colorist for a year and worked with one of the best men's stylist/ American Crew cutting instructor! She continues to train and educate with Aveda and Accents Salon Spa.

Pat Curran

Guest Care Specialist

Pat has had a distinguished background with the world’s largest retailer, beginning her career in 1983 as an hourly associate. She retired in 2009 as Executive Vice President, People Division Wal-Mart Stores US. She had responsibility for the People Operations of the retailer’s more than 3,800 Wal-Mart, Supercenter and Neighborhood Market stores in the United States. Pat’s retirement in 2009 gave her the opportunity to move from success to significance. She believes everyone should live life with a purpose. She is currently attending Northwest Arkansas Community College to pursue her degree in Nursing. Pat is active in many organizations and boards. She is a member of Wal-Mart’s External Advisory Council, a group of community and business leaders that advises Wal-Mart US on a wide range of issues central to the company’s success. She is a council member for the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Washington County and is a member of the Presidents Circle for NWACC whose mission is to see the college attain its highest potential.

Randi Saunders

Randi Saunders has been a licensed esthetician for over six years. She is a firm believer in continuing education and is constantly taking new classes to keep up with the latest technologies and techniques. Randi graduated from the nationally accredited Clinical Aesthetics and Laser School in Scottsdale, AZ. Randi has also attended and graduated from the prestigious Academy of Cosmetic Arts and Sciences, located in Boca Raton Florida. She is a Certified Paramedical Micropigmentation Specialist as well as in Permanent Makeup. She provides services from Chemical Peels, Eyelash Perming, Waxing, and Permanent Make up to Collagen Induction. Randi appreciates the concept behind Aveda and looks foreword to serving you in the wonderful atmosphere, and with the great team at Accents Salon Spa.

Sarah Cox

Sarah has been a dedicated massage therapist for seven years. She is extremely passionate about her profession. Sarah's ability to listen and accommodate her clients needs is what she strives for. Sarah has a variety of talents. Sarah specializes in deep tissue, hot stone therapy, rain drop therapy, Swedish, and Reflexology. Sarah also offers fantastic body wraps and ionic foot cleansing treatments. Sarah looks forward towards your visit and helping you unwind from the whorl-wind of today's world.

Stephanie has worked with Aveda since 2005. She is passionate in coloring and cutting. With a diverse range of clients, she has a constant drive for knowledge to a achieve a top quality of work. She has continued her quest of excellence by attending numerous comprehensive Aveda Training classes. Her goal in hair styling is to turn vision to reality, while helping guests relax and enjoy their Aveda experience.

I have extreme passion about all aspects of the beauty industry, it keeps me excited and full of knowledge from the ongoing pursuit of training I receive every year. I am an energetic, confident women, mother and wife who perform all areas of my career with amazing style and quality. Some of my areas of expertise include cut, styling, formal styling, perms, relaxers, permanent straightners, manicures, pedicures and my favorite full body waxing for women and men. I am also one of few Great Lengths hair extension certified technicians.

Practicing the art of hair design has been a love for Whitney. After studying hair design at Paul Mitchell The School, she joined the Accents team in 2010. Her talent is creating natural looking color and highlights, and completing the look with fabulous haircuts. Helping people feel and look their best truly inspires her. There is no greater joy than helping a guest transform themselves from the inside out. Whitney is excited about meeting new guests and creating fresh inspired looks.
